A visit to BLIMP INC

CHAFZ ENTERPRISE made a visit at BLIMP INC's hangar in Subang 2 to pick up the stuffs for the day after's event at Putrajaya.BLIMP INC specializes in BLIMPS in all sizes..the owner,Amin is a good friend of ours from back then of my remote control aeroplane days..
Amin has flew numerous occasions in Malaysia and abroad,we were told with his blimp..he has quite a few sizes of these fine machines..it can be used for advertising,launches or even just for fun.It can also fly indoors coz once,Amin flew for JUSCO,One Utama indoors at the OVAL Atrium during the opening ceremony.
He also has a few aeroplanes in his hangar where he does restoration on these flying metal birds..
When we arrived,he was attaching the logo for the next day's event.

Red Tomato Party @ Aloha,Pertama Complex

It was a celebration for RED TOMATO although I dont know actually for what we were celebrating..
It was held at a pub called Aloha in Pertama Complex..it was cool joint,its just that it was so HOT!! he he..something was wrong with the air-conditioning I guess..
Shamsul & I arrived around 9pm,I brought my cd's & Shamsul brought the food..yum yum..
The guys (crew of Red Tomato) came about 11pm when I had already warmed up in the dj console..
Mr. Looi came just about midnite with the X.O...there was also a resident band who performed before I took over the console & spin the nite away till 3am..everybody had fun I guess,me too coz it had been quite a while when we partied among friends..

Delivery Trip To Kota Kuala Muda
|

This trip was sponsored by CHAFZ ENTERPRISE and was scheduled earlier but we had to postponed it due to some work-related issues..anyhow,in the end we were there delivering ALL the collected donations to the TSUNAMI victims up at Kota Kuala Muda.
Major Annuar of MERCY was kind enough to show us around and met us up with the right person to give the donations to..
We also got first hand stories from the victims themselves about THEIR side of the story..not everything you hear in the news are true my friends..you want to know the truth?Ask the victims themselves..
First we headed to the longhouses where 112 families had moved in (these are the victims who had lost their houses completely to the TSUNAMI)..these longhouses were built courtesy of the Government and it has the basic necesities only..electricity,water,some provisions,a stove,a tank of gas,a mattress,some pillows and merely one small frying pan..
We had a little chat with the locals and we were welcomed by Encik Yusuuf,the volunteered secreatariat for the longhouse community.
Buddhist Tzu Chi people came to hand over money in Ang Pau packets & some toileteries plus some kain pelikat to ALL the longhouse occupants..
We handed over the baby clothing,baby diapers,women's & men's clothing to En Yusuuf so that he could distribute it amongst them..outside his house were stacked boxes of stuffs still awaiting distribution..when we arrived,it seems that the MB party had just left..
Then we visited the area struck by the deadly waves..its a sad view of nothing..nothing was there to be seen..only rubble and the strong smell of sulphur..
We headed straight to Encik Non's house,he is the AJK surau for the Kampung..we had a little chat and we passed to him the 30 cartons of mineral water,the boxes of soap, the school bags and a few boxes of clothing..
Unfortunately,it was rather dark therefore we couldnt take any pictures of the area struck by the TSUNAMI but we will get them from my dear friend,Nadiah and update them soon..
May ALLAH bless these people and may they live without fear anymore..

The Agent was RED C and the supplier was Frankfort Promotions..I was the playback DJ for the night where we had so many lawyers & law firms under one roof..he he..
We also had a show by Harith Iskandar & showtime by Siti Sarah..
I met up with a dear friend,Aida Adzlin who recently gave birth to a baby boy but I stil l cant see any difference in her..good work dear..

SCA Family Day @ 3K,Subang
|

Client was SCA..a company associated with baby diapers I think coa when I went for the meeting at their office I saw a lot of the baby diaper ads everywhere in the office..family day was done at 3K Field in Subang..
The agent recruited me was Red Tomato but it was MEMORIES Entertainment's client..more or less a sub con job..
I only handled the telematch..as usual..there were also cheerleaders from a girls school from Cheras..they were good..
Among other exitement was the mock up wall climbing..

Santa @ Modestos, Sri Hartamas
|

Again CHAFZ ENTERPRISE sponsored a Santa Claus for the event and I was Santa giving away goody bags for RMCC at their Christmas & New Year party held at Modestos, Sri Hartamas..
Again, Alea from HUKM invited me to become Santa (for charity) to give away gifts to kids from SUNBEAMS HOME..there were about 40 kids all together and we had fun from 12 noon till about 3.
The beautiful kids from SUNBEAM HOME also performed a show for us..it was a great show considering they are kids..
We also had a special performance from RESHMONU..enjoy the pics..

Christmas Spirit @ HUKM

Another charity job by CHAFZ ENTERPRISE..we helped a dear friend whom is the warden at HUKM's Rumah McDonald's for kids down with cancer & leukimia..I contributed becoming the SANTA CLAUSE and distributed gifts to all the children at the wards..
Usually I am employed by either New World Hotel or Rennaisance Hotel to be their Santa & give away gifts at the hotel but this year I am doing it for free for the kids at HUKM..as you all might not know,I love kids..especially these kids at HUKM..I have grown fond of them especially Sara..I have requested to take Sara as my adopted daughter..will have to get her dad's blessings on this matter but I hope & pray he will agree..I love Sara like my own daughter already..
Sara is 4,she is a leukimia patient,fully recovered for the SECOND time..very active,very manja & very intelligent..
Anyway...next year, maybe during CNY..who knows...I might be the bald chinese figure dancing around chasing away bad spirits..he he..

Christmas Party @ Regent Lobby Lounge

I was the DJ for the nite. We were there rather early for setup..
Hotel crew helped in decorating the console to look more like the hotel's fixture..he he
Crowd was mostly hotel guests but they were a few passers-by as well that joined in the fun..
The resident band, FREEBIRDS also performed that nite with Zulika at the mic..
Party ended at 2am with me playing sober music till I fade out..he he..party at midnite was great! Everyone danced (everyone that was there at the lounge)

Wedding OF Alan & Caryne @ Tropicana Golf Resort

Main agent was RB Mariage Services & I was working for Frankfort Promotion who supplied the sound system & 3 piece band for the event.3 piece consisted of Peter on bass,Wan (formerly of CAREFREE) on saxaphone & Lam on keyboards.
I didnt want to miss out on Sunday's event..its sort of a closure to the busy week..my other crew had their own share of a fun weekend having done Jacky Chan's private birthday party at MINES on Saturday & ROCK ON WORLD 5 mega-concert at the stadium..I had my fair share..
Wedding was a chinese do..everything went fine..except the free flow of Carlsberg was too much for a group of certain people.
Nevertheless,it went fine..I only did the sound for the band plus helped Bob in a few other things..

Wedding of Mahadzir & Nina @ Bankers Club
|

Main agent was Amizan (the groom was his classmate)& the sound system was by Frankfort Promotion,I was the DJ..it was a classy wedding reception held at Bankers Club,AMODA Building (opposite Times Square)..
Although I was still tired from my family day in Senawang but this one I was glad to do..my agent told me they REALLY wanna party..and they wanted 80's & 90's ONLY!!
Guests started coming at 6.30..Amizan & Sheila entertained guests during the cocktail and we Mazmin (one off the MC) singing & played the piano as well..she is talented as well as beautiful..too bad she is a banker instead of an entertainer..
During dinner I was bored doing nothing coz dinner was in an adjacent room from the dance hall..but at 10.15pm they came bulging out wanting the disco to start..just prior to that they had the cake cutting and then..*poof*..disco started..
I started with retro hits before hitting some new hits..but they insisted 80's & 90's..it was a great time reviving the ol Picadilly times...everybody had fun..WHY??coz they danced till 2am!!!
I had fun too coz it has been a while I spinned 90's (esp Picadilly hits) while someone "watched' over me..he he..sadly I didnt take much pictures during the disco (if u noticed,all pics are pics before disco started) coz I WAS HAVING TOO MUCH FUN!!!
